OJ has thirty plus years working for various companies at Pantex.  OJ enjoyed managing various types of technical and non-technical support operations for IT over the last fifteen years.

OJ led the development of a robust program for hiring interns from WTAMU and worked to build and maintain a cordial and mutually beneficial relationship with the university.

OJ is currently involved with strategic direction for customers and employees as well as developing and improving processes such as Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).  OJ has been the sponsor and champion for the ITIL program for the last six years.

OJ received several awards including the Quest Award for outstanding management, the BMC Software Innovation Award for outstanding implementation of Remedy work flow software and the NNSA Comprehensive Energy and/or Fleet Management Category.

OJ received a bachelor degree in Business Administration from Wayland Baptist University.  She continues to work toward industry skill and certifications and is currently pursuing a Master certification in the ITIL discipline.
